Veronica Roth

Client Service Representative Supervisor

eronica has always been an animal person, and being involved in the healing process is extremely satisfying to her. She previously owned her own horse business and worked with a number of large-animal veterinarians rehabilitating their patients, making her transition to small-animal care a natural evolution.
She strives to help pet owners through difficult times and deeply understands the pain they feel for their furry family members. Whether it’s a moment of joy or sorrow, Veronica makes it a priority that every owner feels valued and free to express themselves. Watching a very sick pet walk—or be carried—out the front door after a successful visit is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Veronica enjoys learning from and collaborating with her talented colleagues, appreciating how they handle themselves in challenging situations.
At home, Veronica has a multi-pet family, including horses, chickens, cats, and dogs. Her horse, Lyric, is her pride and joy—a 1,500-pound lap dog—her Maine Coon, RiverCat Phoenix, has already faced many challenges in his young life, and her French Bulldog, Koda, is a classic Velcro companion. A farm girl born and raised, she continues to live that lifestyle today. Veronica enjoys spending time with her pets, going on adventures with her partner, watching movies, and brushing her horse.
Fun fact: She has raised or shown over 20 World Champion Quarter Horses.
