Samantha Cowell, LVT

Samantha Cowell is a Licensed Veterinary Technician Manager with a passion for emergency veterinary medicine and team development. She plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, staff training, and scheduling while supporting a growing team of technicians, assistants, and veterinary students.
Known for her leadership style that balances structure with approachability, Samantha is dedicated to creating a positive, collaborative work environment. She takes pride in mentoring future technicians, maintaining strong clinical protocols, and ensuring patients receive exceptional care during some of their most critical moments.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and pets, swimming, gardening, and tackling creative craft projects. She’s also known for her favorite snack; lemons with salt, and when she’s not at the hospital, her comfort movie of choice is Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (the Gene Wilder version, obviously).
