Libby McGrath, LVT

LVT (Nurse)

Veterinary medicine has always been a passion for Libby. She became a veterinary technician to further her knowledge as a pet owner and to help the pets of others in their time of need. She has been in emergency medicine since 2001, and while it can be tough at times, she wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. It’s challenging and rewarding work, and she is proud to be able to do it.
Outside of work, Libby has a large family of her own. She often fosters animals in need—sometimes as a foster fail—while also caring for her many pets and working toward her dream of having a hobby farm. Libby is a total night owl, and you’ll rarely see her working in the mornings.
