Dana Howington
Client Service Representative
Dana has been in veterinary medicine since 2018. With her father working in human resources and her mother having been a veterinary receptionist, becoming a Client Service Representative was a natural fit. She thoroughly enjoys working with pets and their owners, especially since transitioning to emergency medicine, which provides exciting experiences every shift.
It’s extremely important to Dana that every client leaves the hospital confident that they and their pets received top-notch care. She has a strong passion for showing empathy, compassion, and a welcoming attitude in every interaction. She believes communication is key to success and admires the way her team makes it a top priority.
Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family—especially visiting amusement parks to ride roller coasters. She is also an avid concert-goer, with a particular love for the Jonas Brothers.
